There were a lot of incredible tables this year. Starting with...

Fantasy

The Battle of Pelennor Fields was a Lord of the Rings-inspired table using 54mm models and including a very nice ruin at one end.

One of the star tables of the show was Fenris' swamp table with excellent use of different materials for all the foliage.

This Freebooter's Fate table made good use of separate 'islands' to break up the playing area.

4Ground had a whole bunch of tables, notably this not-Warhammer set-up.

Lastly, for fantasy, a few random tables.
